Job Description
- Independent implementation of integrated 360° communication projects and adaptation projects for the CE market;
- Organization and management of a small team's work;
- Coordination of project’s budget: creation of cost estimates, coordination of invoicing process with finance department, control of external and internal project costs;
- Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing projects and production issues.
- Building and maintaining good client relationships;
- Independent project management;
- Solicits client feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management.
- Creation of presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries;
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects;
- Close and continuous cooperation with other agency departments: creative, design, and production.
- Hybrid remote work model.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in managing marketing projects or 4-6 years of experience in customer service or post-production in an advertising agency;
- Experience in localizing TV campaigns and digital campaigns or e-commerce;
- Ability to manage and control project budgets;
- Sense of responsibility for the entrusted category
- Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
- Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy and understanding.
- Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
- Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients;
- Conscientiousness, meticulousness, commitment to projects, motivation for self-improvement and self-development;
- Skills in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to create and conduct presentations, cost estimates, and timelines;
- Excellent time and work organization;
- Very good command of the English and Polish languages in speech and writing;
- Ability to work within agreed processes and work standards.
