Job Description

  • Compliance control of the invoicing process with costs and orders.
  • Participation in the month-end closing process.
  • Analysis of accounting records, cooperation with SSC (Shared Service Center).
  • Preparation of calculations and analyses for internal company needs.
  • Preparation of profitability reports, analysis of key financial indicators.
  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors, cooperation with other countries within the Group (the company operates internationally with subsidiaries in the Group).
  • Communication with other departments of the company for data acquisition and verification (Business, HR, Administration).
  • Support of other departments in financial matters.
  • Active participation in the international implementation of the SAP system.
  • Participation in the budgeting process.
  • Control of obligations and payments.
  • Development of controlling tools and optimization of processes in the field of finance/controlling.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in economics (finance, accounting, economics, controlling or related fields)/ in the last year of full-time studies or part-time student.
  • Professional experience in controlling, finance, reporting, external audit will be appreciated.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish enabling fluent communication.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel).  Knowledge of accounting principles. 
  • Communication skills and independence in carrying out assigned duties.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to interpret numbers and facts clearly.
  • Very good organizational skills.
