Epsilon is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will contribute to, produce, and manage client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements for Automotive, serving as a liaison between client staff and internal Epsilon technical delivery teams.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Impact: You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple business systems analysis disciplines (marketing, reporting, operations, data, interactive, QA, or digital). You will support and coordinate the marketing campaign, reporting and database processes, and associated tasks such as requirements, functional specification, and other client documentation
  • Career Growth: If successful, the Senior Business Systems Analyst may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a lead or manager role helping to mentor more junior BSAs and hone your leadership skills.

    • Able to properly interpret customer marketing needs, and translate them into understandable written requirements
    • Able to demonstrate a strong technical platitude, and understand both business and technical language and ideas
    • Can schedule and lead team status meetings and send follow-up notes with action items accordingly
    • Can monitor overall project progress and delivery quality
    • Able to mentor and train less experienced peers
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Initiative – Ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business, its marketing objectives, and internal project teams.​​​​
    • Problem-Solving – Ability to support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing, and associated activities such as test plans, test cases, and test execution.
    • Collaboration – Effective working with local, remote, and global team members.
    • Organization – Ability to manage and prioritize project work streams with input from the client and internal client services teams. Be able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or a related discipline, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
    • 3-5+ years of related experience
    • Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems
    • Strong in SQL and able to navigate a client database solution to support data analysis and testing
    • Working knowledge of marketing concepts and end-to-end marketing execution
    • Experience with, and understanding of, all phases of the SDLC
    • Has worked with technical staff to design and implement technical solutions
    • Has supported Change Management and Issue Management
    • Experience working with scrum teams in an agile environment preferred
