Job Description
Publicis Media is seeking a dynamic Commerce Strategy Business Director to lead and transform the commerce strategies for our esteemed UK clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a commerce specialist passionate about turning client ambitions into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary face of Publicis Commerce for select clients, leading discussions with passion and enthusiasm.
- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive client growth.
- Optimise digital shelf eContent, upskill client stakeholders on key commerce topics, and devise innovative retailer collaboration strategies.
- Identify business challenges and customer pain points, develop frameworks, and integrate commerce data for strategic decision-making.
- Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities.
- Support internal upskilling on key topics and emerging trends.
- Identify gaps in our proposition and work with relevant leads to develop new solutions and commercial models.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
We seek a methodical and adaptable individual who excels in building relationships and understanding client businesses to support their commerce ambitions.
- Experience in running commerce campaigns at an Account Director or Business Director level
- Deep understanding of the commerce landscape
- Expertise from demonstrable experience in digital retailing within a retailer, brand, or agency environment.
- Experience beyond campaign management, including business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
