Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on creative assets, including HTML and video versions, ensuring they meet client specifications and internal guidelines.
  • Review visual designs, animations, and motion graphics to ensure they are error-free and meet design requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, including formatting, layout, and functional aspects.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in design quality.
  • Test HTML assets for cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and interactive functionality across devices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all QC processes and outcomes.
  • Suggest improvements to the quality assurance process to streamline and improve accuracy.
  • Ensure timely completion of quality checks in line with project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of version control and project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for iterative QA processes.
  • Provide feedback to designers, developers, and video editors to enhance future project outputs and avoid repeated errors.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in quality control, design trends, and emerging technologies relevant to digital and creative quality assurance.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Creative Quality Control or a similar role, specifically in HTML design and video production.
  • Expertise in reviewing creative assets like static banners, animated banners, videos, and HTML assets.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and motion graphics.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on consistency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
