The transformation you will experience:

The Account Executive provides media buying activities across all mediums and provide accurate reporting and buying services to the team and clients. The role will be across offline channels including TV, radio, OOH, and more.

You'll be responsible for: 

  • Assistance to campaign implementation across offline channels -  TV, radio, OOH
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised and media post analysis is completed weekly
  • Delivering a timely and insightful final buy - highlighting buying deliveries, added value and any issues which may impact campaign delivery
  • Lead delivery of daily holdings checking, material management, POPs etc.
  • Responsible for accurate buying / execution of campaign objectives and buying strategy
  • Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media
  • Provide client with latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis 
  • Run all weekly tracking reports across all active media channels
  • Make sure that that TV post is matched correctly, spots flagged correctly
  • Assist in negotiation of make goods, compensation and shortfalls across all media channels

The person we're looking for is: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant in media buying/activations role within the industry working on offline channels (TV / radio / OOH) 
  • Desire to learn and grow your knowledge both in the offline space 
  • Competent in the various investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentals
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contracts
  • Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems including: BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office & Nielsen Answers
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks 
  • Prioritises and manages tasks / time efficiently
