We are looking for an established Business Director to join us on a 12 month FTC, to lead across two global accounts.

In this role, you will lead across two accounts: A B2B account that deals with complex products in a specialised industry, where we work across brand and communication strategy, ecosystem and data strategy, CRM, web architecture and UI design, creative campaigns, content planning and asset development. And a Private Medical Insurance client for high net-worth individuals, where we’ve launched their new brand campaign as well as creating their new website.

As a Business Director, you will be responsible for: 

• You will be a key player on the account. We enjoy a great client/agency relationship and produce innovative work together. You will manage relationships with stakeholders across the brands In the clients portfolio, and across Digitas & Publicis Groupe.
• Reporting into a Managing Partner, you will work alongside other Publicis Groupe partners to undertake a highly client facing and commercial role encompassing client and account management, business development, solutions and strategic selling and project delivery.
• You will help to drive a culture of customer centric creativity within the agency and client team, connecting the work Digitas does with other agency and Groupe partners.
• Requires someone with strong leadership, influence and collaboration skills and who’s got their finger on the pulse of cultural trends and how to build brands in the digital age.

What we're looking for: 

• A current Business Director looking for their next challenge, experienced with B2B clients
• Proven experience in brand building communications in a digital environment
• Experience in writing strategic proposals in answer to client briefs & proactively.
• Appreciation of data and how insight can be used to help drive our clients’ businesses.
• An entrepreneurial thinker and hands on 
• Able to listen, gather knowledge, opinion and expertise from a variety of sources
• Able to work fast and use flexible thinking whilst leading and managing an account team
