Job Description

The Zenith AV team is organically grown, from the Head of Department down to the Senior Execs, the majority of the team has been promoted into their role after proving their ability to excel and commit to their client’s needs. 

What will you be doing?

As a result of internal moves, we are looking for an AV Manager to work on a cluster of key client accounts. You will be the conduit connecting our clients with their target audiences, driving brand awareness, and delivering relevant, impactful content through bespoke strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include negotiating with various sales house teams to drive added value opportunities for your client, deadline management, market intelligence sharing, relationship building, and leveraging of audience behaviour insights.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for;

  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, essential for navigating interactions within the team, agency, clients, and media owners.
  • Confidence in implementing plans for TV, Video on Demand, Connected TV, and Cinema.
  • Expertise in Media Ocean tools, Prisma, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside familiarity with the media auditing process.
  • Creativity, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and the confidence to challenge conventional briefs.
