The transformation you will experience

As part of the HX Partnerships team, the Digital Director is accountable for ensuring that our digital offering is adding value to our clients business while providing the required assist to the wider HX Partnerships team   As a valued member of the team, the Digital Director is answerable for driving and enhancing our agency's culture of Never Standing Stil.

The role will have 3 main focuses;

·       Digital planning - Leading digital planning responses on key briefs and new business. Driving innovation and trialling of new digital media betas and ensuring we are leveraging PMX partners.

·       Thought leadership - being your clients esteemed senior digital advertising expert and being the figurehead for everything digital. You’ll hold and impart in-depth knowledge across all digital media platforms and effectively plan these (including specialist channels).

·       Team management - Leading and managing the outputs of the digital team: strategy, thought leadership, planning, implementation, optimization, reporting & billing. You will manage your team to deliver to deadline and with 100 % accuracy.
 

Your scope will include:

•       Ensure that our digital offering is adding value to our clients business while providing the required provision to the entire digital team

•       Provide client leadership on digital strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities

•       Provide consultation into broader client strategy and business plans

•       Proactively develop solutions which assist in transforming our clients’ business beyond media

•       Work cohesively as HX Partnerships team for integrated media solutions for clients

•       Provide best-in class planning with a focus on digital, data and technology

•       Digital client team stewardship

What type of person will be successful in this role

You’ll possess:

•       8+ years of experience in media agency or similar roles

•       Extensive digital media experience in a media agency environment

•       Ability to work collaboratively with client direct to deliver solutions in line with omni-channel strategy

•       Proven ability and demonstrating of exceeding client and campaign objectives

•       Have managed a multi discipline digital craft team

•       Working with media owners and technology partners

•       Knowledge of display/social/mobile/video and search platforms

•       Advanced knowledge of digital planning and activation tools e.g. Nielsen, Campaign Manager, GMP suite, Kenshoo, IAS, Double Verify, Amazon

•       Top line awareness of Industry monitoring systems e.g. Nielsen Hitwise, Adthena, SimilarWeb.

•       Intermediate to advanced understanding of digital capabilities, including but not limited to: digital attribution, analytics, CRO, SEO

•       Leadership and mentoring of digital teams

•       Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box

•       A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others

•       A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

•       Strong organisation skills with a love for being one step ahead

•       Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
