As a Client Associate 2 in Epsilon's Travel Vertical, you will play a crucial role in growing our current book of business by leveraging your expertise to identify, influence, present, and close deals with customers. - What you’ll bring with you:
- Client Partnership: Become a trusted client partner, creating win/win outcomes that drive revenue growth for Digital Media. Use your extensive digital media business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio solutions can help clients achieve their business goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Manage client reporting, analysis, and insights. Uncover actionable insights from available reports and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Account Management team to lead internal resources for the preparation and delivery of objective-based solutions for travel clients.
- Consultative Sales: Use creativity to deliver customized sales solutions that address clients' marketing needs and help them achieve their business goals.
- Account Management: Facilitate day-to-day management of accounts both internally (within Digital Media Solutions and Epsilon Auto) and externally (with the client).
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Epsilon Auto, Digital Media account management, media, analytics, legal, compliance, and key decision makers and influencers at the client and/or agency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a roadmap for success that ensures client satisfaction, growth, and trust, ultimately becoming the client's trusted advisor.
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- Experience: 4+ years of professional business experience, particularly in the digital media and programmatic ad tech industries.
- Client Management: Experience in client management or sales (or sales support) (client side, ad solutions, digital advertising, direct marketing, agency experience).
- Reporting and Reviews: Experience in campaign reporting and business reviews, including reviewing performance reports, uncovering insights, and developing and delivering performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Marketing Acumen: Versed in key marketing components, including strategy, analytics, programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and/or streaming media performance, and ad tech.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps independently.
- Quantitative Skills: Strong quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
- Strategic Understanding: Understanding of marketing program strategy, design, execution, and measurement/attribution.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and in highly collaborative environments.
- Sales Experience: Sales and business development experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Management software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Education: BA/BS with a strong academic record is preferred. MBA is a plus.
