CHIEF SOLUTIONS EXECUTIVE

The perfect role for Head of Strategy, Head of Digital Strategy & Planning, Head of Product with extensive digital media experience (agency side)

 

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

Partner with the PMX CEO in a strategic capacity to set the future direction of the PMX value proposition and its products across Australia & New Zealand in order to drive continued growth through scale for our agencies and clients.
 

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The PMX Chief Solutions Officer is accountable for heading a team of PMX product specialists to create market-leading solutions for clients and our agencies. This will be done by combining the scale of PMX locally and globally with the various businesses within the Publics Groupe.

You will act as a consultant, working with Publicis agencies and clients to unlock the core brand need and product solution. Working with the relevant product team, you will quality control the narrative and execution to demonstrate top practice in driving brand and business results through partnerships.

In collaboration with business teams, you will have a strategic ability to set brand goals to form bespoke solutions from our suite of capabilities. You will be able to lead and mentor PMX product leads and work with agency stakeholders to customise solutions for the unique needs of individual brands and businesses

·       Champion the product team (Apex, Lift, Sports & Entertainment, Programmatic)

·       Connecting with our senior media agency partners to collaborate on connected solutions that can power client solutions by utilising the benefits of PMX.

·       Play a key connector across all of our businesses in the Publicis Groupe to unlock opportunities for our clients and agencies.

·       Solutions Packaging: Creating and mobilising Groupe product knowledge and credentials to ensure an acclaimed perspective and POV that agencies and clients can identify and apply to their business

·       Oversee PMX Business Units to continually enhance and refine solutions, inputs, packaging and narrative. This may include industry thought leadership initiatives.

·       Project and Commercial Delivery: Working with PMX and Publicis teams in collaboration with agency partners to execute best-in-class case studies that prove brand growth and our unique expertise. Strategic business planning of the product division that drives innovation that is grounded in client and agency requirements.
 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

·       Ideally 12+ years related experience working in agency/client or media business with proven expertise in building partnership and product solutions

·       A great next step for agency folk in Head of Strategy, Head of Digital Strategy & Planning, Head of Product roles

·       Proven expertise in seeking alternative data sources, assets and formats to solve brand problems with a strong point of view on what success looks like

·       Strong knowledge of consumer and strategic media communications planning

·       Ability to identify and quantify metrics and work with research partners to link partnership solutions to media, brand and business outcomes

·       Strength in relationships and directorship – inspiring PMX and Publicis teams to produce best work, building partnerships with media and corporate stakeholders for mutually beneficial solutions. Ability to build confidence amongst clients and agency partners in PMX and Publicis advantage in market

·       Strategic storyteller: Oversee recommendation narratives to ensure compelling, cohesive solutions that consider paid, owned, shared, earned inputs and assets for application within, and beyond, partnership timeframes

·       Strong awareness of Media, Tech and Innovation capabilities to continually drive new solutions, create new assets and think beyond core product and service

·       Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across media, corporate bodies, client, agency partners, creative and internal teams to deliver best possible 360 solutions

·       Hunger to demonstrate and prove industry leadership through profile, case studies produced and award-winning campaign delivery
