Job Description
APEX is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of PMX Lift products. To accommodate increased demand and launch campaigns in a timely manner, APEX is seeking a Supervisor to join our growing Activation team.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, ever-evolving ATV landscape, you will benefit from high visibility with APEX and PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands, and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Must haves for this role include a proven track record for activating campaigns in collaboration with media vendors, comfortability in a marketplace-and-agency facing role, expertise in the advanced TV and video ecosystems, and experience with audience-based buying.
You will report to the Associate Director, APEX Lift Activation.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the activation of, and reporting for, Lift campaigns, including:
- Partner with Investment team to build campaign details in Prisma and order with vendors
- Review tags to ensure compliance with vendor specs and troubleshoot where necessary
- Set-up reporting, inclusive of required metrics, for vendors' use in pacing and billing
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize campaigns for full-delivery and adherence to client requirements
- Deliver weekly pacing reports to clients
- Develop post campaign reports detailing campaign delivery, insights, and recommendations for future efforts
- Work with Analytics team to track campaign measurement deliverables, review reports, and present to clients
- Develop and/or maintain positive relationships between all internal and external parties that touch PMX Lift in order to set campaigns up for success
- Identify areas for opportunity to improve upon current procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
- Direct report management experience
- Background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, or OTT
- Experience required with Advanced TV platforms/vendors (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Disney, NBCU, LG, Vizio, Samsung, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Prisma, Salesforce, 3rd Party Ad Servers (Innovid, DCM, etc.) and Verification/Reporting Companies (IAS, iSpot, VideoAmp, etc.)
- Ability to utilize campaign reporting resources and internal databases to inform media campaigns

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
