Publicis Le One is a bespoke 600+ person strong, Publicis Media agency global proposition for Haleon, the newly launched rebrand of GSK Consumer Health, looking after flagship household health care brands such as Sensodyne, Voltaren, Panadol, Aquafresh and many more. Publicis Le One Health is the Healthcare arm of Le One focusing on targeting Expert (Health Care Professional) audiences to encourage recommendation of Haleon products to their patients. Publicis Le One have worked with Haleon for the past 5 years.
PlatformGSK is a bespoke Publicis Media agency proposition for GSK, it is a data and technology driven communications proposition that is centered on our client’s growth. Publicis Media have worked with GSK for the past 4 years ex-US as part of a growing partnership spanning 80+ markets. This role will focus on the GB&I Corporate team focusing on Investors and influencers to senior business decision makers.
Job Description
Publicis Le One, is looking for an experienced and dynamic GB&I Client Director to join our platformGSK Hub. This role involves a 50/50 split between GSK Corporate and Haleon Expert teams, focusing on strategic media planning and management.
About Us: Publicis Le One Health specializes in targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting brands like Sensodyne, Voltaren, and Panadol. PlatformGSK is a data-driven communications hub for GSK. Together, we drive impactful, one-to-one customer engagement through innovative media strategies.
Role Summary: As the Business Director, you will lead the Haleon Expert and GSK Corporate teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. This role demands extensive experience in media planning targeting healthcare professionals to foster HCP recommendations of Haleon products. You will serve as the senior contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams and creative agencies to deliver strategic media plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to meet client objectives.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Provide inspirational leadership, nurturing and developing team talent.
- Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed of industry trends and leverage insights for strategic decisions
- Managing a team of media planning experts from Account Executive up to Account Director level
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media planning targeting healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience at Senior Account Director or Business Director level within a media planning capacity
- Knowledge of all media channels and managing media owner partnerships
- Strong business leadership and account handling skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
