We are seeking a talented Account Director or Senior Account Director specialising in CRM to join us for a 3-month contract, commencing from August 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and make an impact in a dynamic environment, working on a reputable client in the automotive industry.

 

Job Description:

As an Account Director/Senior Account Director specialising in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you will be responsible for leading strategic CRM initiatives and driving client satisfaction during a 3-month freelance engagement.

You will work closely with our team and clients to develop and implement tailored CRM strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the designated timeframe and reporting into Head of CRM and Digital.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to our CRM and partly digital clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for project initiatives.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.

 

Strategic Planning

  • Lead the development of comprehensive CRM, CX & digital strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices in cooperation with our CX strategy lead.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and revenue growth through effective CRM implementation.
  • Develop project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.

 

Team Leadership and Management

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of CRM specialists, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team members' strengths to maximise project outcomes.
  • Align regularly with the wider agency team on 360 projects including campaign and social.

 

Project Execution

  • Oversee the execution of CRM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and testing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives with existing processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
     

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights and industry trends.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related expertise in advertising.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in advertising with most of the time spend in CRM consulting, account management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading CRM initiatives and driving business results.
  • Deep understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, data and Salesforce MC and CRM.
  • Experience with loyalty programs will be of benefit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
