Job Description
What you’ll do:
The EO Specialist will oversee different key employee journey moments, ensuring the correct procedure and necessary course of action for all employees across Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Perú and México.
Reponsibilities
· Supports the execution and administration of the employee offboarding process cycle.
· Provides a timely follow-up for managers and directors on probation period of all new joiners to ensure proper documentation of performance evaluation.
· Manages the incoming reports of employee relations issues (performance management challenges, workplace conflicts, timely internal investigations, complaints and grievances, etc.) and provides conflict resolution.
· Acts as a consultant and advises managers and directors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing issues and employee grievances.
· Administers any and all disciplinary measures while ensuring the adequate follow-up, set goals, and resolution between all parties envolved.
· Works closely and maintains efficent communication with Talent teams across the organization to ensure proper procedure of all tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications
· Desired at least 3-4 years of previous employee relations experience.
· Great understanding of local labor laws in the LATAM region.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar careers.
