The Social Media Analyst gives brands a presence in the world of social networks to achieve recognition, interactions or sales, as well as: 

• Analyzes market trends through social media.
• Reports on different communities and profiles.
• Evaluates and proposes improvements for the social media strategy.
• Monitors and collects information on: brand, products, competition and sector.
• Evaluates social media campaigns.
• Plans and improves measurement practices per project.
• Classifies customer inquiries to improve technical support systems.
• Designs monitoring tools and metrics.
• Analyzes online reputation.
• Evaluates the quality of customer service in social media.
• Performs sector analysis and comparisons with competitors.
• Measures and analyzes recommendation processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any related field
• English B2+ or above  - Advanced: Verbal and Written Communication & Presentation Skills (Excluyent)
• +6 months / 1 year of experience in social media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc)
• Attention to detail
• Excel: Intermediate level
