Job Description

 

As the VP, Group Creative Director you will lead a team of Copywriters, Art Directors and Designers, in upholding a level of creative that is on-par and often exceeds client goals.

You will lead by example, the team through inspiration, positive reinforcement and respect. You will observe and identify different strengths of team members and utilize that information for the good of the client, the agency and the individuals.

  • Create and direct the team to produce impeccable copy/layouts/concepts in a variety of mediums – email, direct mail, digital, conceptual and beyond.
  • Partner with leaders of strategy and account service department in conceiving, developing, and reviewing marketing and creative plans
  • Assign the highest priority to client satisfaction and success by establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships based on shared goals
  • Build client confidence and trust, strive to exceed expectations, assume responsibility for solving client problems, ensure commitments are met, solicit input and ideas from clients, and understand the client's business

Expand business opportunities within existing accounts and seek out new opportunities

Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading teams of creatives in high deliverable accounts
  • CRM and digital experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work across teams and growth mindset
  • Experience selling creative ideas into clients
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams required

Compensation Range: $185,000 - $296,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
