Role Purpose:

The Head of OOH & Audio will be responsible for the development and management of Publicis Groupe’s converged OOH & Audio products. This role will act as the Groupe’s OOH and Audio channel expert, across Australia and New Zealand.

You will:

  • Have a strong curiosity and a desire to test norms to the limit to deliver innovation and differentiate our offering from our competition.
  • Possess the ability to make complex systems simple to others and a determination to drive product evolution and development.
  • Report into the PMX Head of Digital and Data, ANZ to develop and activate a clear product development strategy and roadmap for converged OOH and converged audio planning, buying and measurement across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Be responsible for all facets of the development, build, rollout, commercialization and management of Publicis Groupe’s converged OOH and converged audio solutions as well as the internal marketing, education, and engagement.
  • Lead and be responsible for the delivery of the product evolution roadmap to ensure software/tools/data/tech are constantly performing or being improved upon.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to create marketing strategy, education, and engagement plan to promote the converged products internally. Creating compelling messaging and positioning for the products.
  • Lead the relationship with technology, data partners and media vendors to deliver on and constantly seek to improve product frameworks:

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OOH and audio to ensure we are constantly evolving and improving our product offering.
  • Collaborate with tech partners, media vendors and internal teams to develop and launch product updates and education.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to assess product performance.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as decks and newsletters.
  • Supporting agencies in client education sessions.
  • Development and rollout of converged OOH & Audio product framework
  • Delivery of annual product strategies. Maintain/Grow product adoption.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
  • 12+ years advertising/agency/tech background
  • Have high attention to detail, possess an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker and be self-motivated/proactive.
  • Track record of successful stakeholder management
  • Sound knowledge of ad-tech: DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP, Verification technology, Ad serving, RTB etc.
  • Highly analytical with an ability to articulate figures into a storyline.
  • Liaised with clients and internal stakeholders extensively.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Has the ability to absorb complex technical and commercial information.
  • Quality driven - you have a strong eye for the aesthetic, and you set yourself and others (your team, vendors, advertisers, etc) the highest professional bar in all situations.
