Job Description
Ø Responsible for the Monthly closing including review of Financial Statements, Balance Sheet substantiation, and P&L analysis and ensuring full adherence to Groupe reporting deadlines, timetables, closing requirements.
Ø Responsible in reviewing Work-in-Progress account and following up with operational teams to ensure billing/invoicing are made on timely manner
Ø Responsible for day to day financial and operational requests.
Ø Responsible in registration of new vendors and clients
Ø Responsible in reviewing Billable and Unbillable purchase orders
Ø Responsible in performing semi-annual budget and rolling forecasts including calculation of actual to budget variance and analyzes differences to provide variance explanations
Ø Responsible in reviews Accounts Receivable aging report provided by the Group’s shared service center to ensure past due receivables are prioritized for collection
Ø Responsible in reviewing Accounts Payable aging report to ensure long outstanding balances are well explained and actioned accordingly
Ø Responsible in requesting payment processing and approving vendor invoices for payment.
Ø Reviews Segregation of Duties Matrix and ensures SOD conflicts are identified and mitigating controls are in place
Qualifications
Ø Fluent in English
Ø 3+ years of experience
Ø Preferably with relevant experience in Advertising and/or audit
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance
Ø Proficient in MS office with strong capability in MS Excel
Ø Highly detail-oriented and organized
Ø Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
Ø Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
Ø Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Ø Familiarity with accounting software and programs
