Job Description

When a company like Publicis Groupe, one of the largest communications groups in the world, is looking for a strong communications professional to join the team, you know that is a great opportunity to excel, develop and grow your passion!  

As part of the communications team, you will support and develop the communications strategies, both internal and external, for Publicis Groupe and its agencies.

You will have strong experience working in communications departments for large groups, companies or agencies. You will be great at writing and building strong relationships with the media and the internal team. And, of course, it is not all about professional skills, we are looking for a proactive, creative and dynamic person who can take this team to the next level!

How will your day look like?

  • You will work closely with the brands to develop media plans and content deliveries.
  • You will be up to speed with all Publicis Groupe internal and external initiatives so you can create campaigns aligned with the group communications’ strategy.
  • You will be creating content to support our communications (press releases, social media posts, some corporate videos, etc.)
  • You will be developing and managing paid media plans, so we increase and improve our presence in the relevant media.
  • You will coordinate our relationships with the media as well as negotiation our agreements.

Qualifications

So, what are we looking for?

  • Someone who is keen and passionate about their profession, and it is always up to date with the latest trends in corporate communication.
  • With a journalism background, you will also understand well the social media world. Ideally you would have previously worked and lead important projects in digital ecosystems.
  • Your English must be on point! A lot of the content and documents we work with are in English so understanding everything is key.
