Job Description

What will I be doing?

This is a career-growth opportunity to join our growing OOH Investment team on the back of recent account wins. Since in-housing our OOH offering, we have created an Investment Team that works across all agencies within the Publicis group, providing a wide and diverse breadth of clients.

As the OOH Client Manager, you will be managing our day-to-day client buying requirements through close working relationships with the OOH planning teams. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Responding to briefs from planning teams and helping with all Investment-based requests
  • Buying and administration of OOH campaigns
  • Assisting the Ops & Finance teams with campaign administration and account queries
  • Assist in delivering campaigns to a high level from both a client and commercial standpoint
  • Managing PRF / client pricing targets for individual clients
  • Providing regular market updates to the wider OOH team and support with compiling of end of campaign/weekly / monthly/quarterly reports
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple teams and departments

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • High level of numeracy, adept at managing data, skilled and confident in using excel (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups will be highly desirable)
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies
  • Excellent project management skills to prioritise tasks and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written and demonstrates initiative and the ability to develop/learn new processes and systems/databases
  • Organised and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team and a proven ability/desire to learn negotiation skills
