The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Tech Recruiter at Publicis Sapient will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of positions within our Technology & Engineering capability. This individual will have excellent relationship development skills & work to identify and hire top talent.

Your Impact:

• Identify, engage and hire talent that will enable the organisation to achieve its business goals in alignment with our strategy
• Ensure best-in-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through our interview & offer process seamlessly 
• Act as an advisor to the business and share market intelligence, industry trends and pipeline of opportunistic talent
• Use a variety of sources to deliver a diverse mix of candidates; thoughtfully & creatively engage candidates
• Your Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ tech recruiting experience performing and driving full cycle recruitment within a large organization across multiple geographies. 
• Strong client facing capabilities - personable and credible
• Clear and crisp communication skills to attract and assess top talent, especially passive candidates
