Job Description

We are looking for an integrated Management Supervisor to lead a newly acquired client.  A Conill Account person is a natural born leader, possessing high energy, curiosity, and a strong collaborative spirit. Our Account leads are critical to the pulse and success of the agency.  They drive our agency positioning, growth, and development. We seek talent that is collaborative, enthusiastic and innovative - experts in client servicing, people management and who are personally motivated in helping shape and evolve the brands with whom we partner. You must be an architect of great work and believe in the power of creativity.  This role requires someone who is extremely resourceful, a self-starter, with excellent people skills. Able to ignite new connections, build them, and work through an intricate web of both client and agency teams. 

Responsibilities

●      Bring your start up mentality! Responsible for initiating, managing, and fostering relationships with clients and all agency teams ground up.

●      Drive work on integrated cross agency model with poise and influential ability, keeping a keen eye on what’s best for multicultural and the brand. 

●      Assists in setting the direction for the account by leading creation of strategic and tactical business plans that outline how the team will achieve its objectives. Develops action plan on all aspects of scoped work – from planning business goals to managing creative delivery to analyzing campaign results.

●      Takes a leadership role in creating an environment that encourages the pursuit of big ideas. Knows how to diplomatically push creative while keeping a pulse on where boundaries lay. Guides the development of a sell-in strategy in partnership with Strategy and Creative teams, lays the right groundwork for the client, and protects the big idea once sold. 

●      Production experience is a must across channels (original/ground up and adaptation): broadcast, digital, social, print, OOH, tentpole activation, etc.  This work won’t be done in a silo, rather, in strong collaboration with internal and external teams. 

●      Build and manage budgets and proper scopes based on workload and client priorities.

●      Elevate and execute paid/owned/earned content in a strategic and thoughtful manner.

●      Collaborate with media agency and client to set achievable and measurable goals.

●      Must be comfortable with data and is able to dig into it to tell the best narrative, ask the right probing questions, etc. 

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will be a champion of:

1)     Culture. Looking for solid understanding and love of multicultural marketing, especially African American and Hispanic audiences in the most ‘current’ sense.

2)     Identify Differentiating Insights. Ability to work with Strategic Planners to pull out the latest trends and consumer behaviors and work with cross agency teams to activate and connect with customer segments in the most authentic way.

3)     Content/Activation Marketing.  Well versed in leading and executing tentpole, experiential, and digital/social programs.  Understands how to work with integrated teams, networks/publishers, to bring agency ideas to life in third party programs (i.e., music properties, sporting events). This requires strong command of digital/social landscape, onsite activations, and collaborations with influencers/creators to bridge online and on-site worlds.

4)    QSR category knowledge and experience in the African American market are a BIG plus.

 

Qualifications

●      7+ years of progressive experience in Hispanic and/or African American segments

●      Production experience required

●      5-7 years experience managing cross integrated teams

●      Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive, and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines

●      Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients

●      Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

●      Adobe Creative Suite skills are highly desirable
