-Review contracts, deploy template and best practice for agencies by well balancing the business needs, legal risk, and work efficiency;

-Help on compliance program on anti-trust, data privacy etc. 

-Provide daily legal consultation on contract law, advertising law and copyright law etc.

-Litigation and disputes solving

-Responsibility for legal risk assessment and legal knowledge sharing

-Solely responsible for the quality of contract review, discuss key legal risk with line manager

-Internally discuss contract template and seek agencies feedback before finalized

 -Align with agencies’ leader if engaging external lawyer

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor of law;

Passed Chinese bar;

Fluent oral and written English, can use English as working language

Experience：

2-5 years related experience, experience in MNC or protigious law firm

Personal Qualities:

Outgoing, self-motivated; quick learner; open for change
