What are we looking for in you? 

This fantastic leadership opportunity for a Program Management professional encompasses all facets of program management, client management and team leadership where you will typically perform an engagement lead role (more client focused) or delivery lead role within diverse distributed environments delivering complex business systems. You will have the opportunity to drive transformative work at scale, leading a fully connected team engagement from strategy and vision through to realisation using different agile techniques. The Engagement Lead works closely with different domains including creative, design, experience as well as technology, to successfully deliver programs that are customer journey led. 

Your Impact: 

This role requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver large-scale digital transformation program. Typically you could be working as a Program Manager on a single engagement with team sizes ranging from 25-35 people or as a Project Manager for 2 to 5 small to medium scale projects. You will manage complex, multi-track programs or small to medium-scale projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards. Pivotal to this role is excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management experience. 

Extensive experience and understanding of Agile/Scrum 

A proven track record in delivering large-scale end to end digital business transformation programs to clients 

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 

Experience of managing the budget or client revenue of engagements 

Experience in leading diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments within a globally distributed model, with resources representing multiple disciplines (such as marketing, technology, creative, strategy) 

Fluent spoken and written German communication skills
