This is what you will be part of when working on a newly formed team that is in service of supporting this innovative tobacco brands 10-year vision to responsibly lead the transition of adult smokers to a non-combustible future.

The Leo Burnett team is looking for an Account Supervisor to join the Business Leadership (BL) team to assist in the development of disruptive brands that are rooted in consumer data & insights, product development studies, and quant & qual research. The BL team is responsible for providing value to our client partners in our strategic consultation, careful management of consumer communications and problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate the cross-functional teams within the agency. It is critical that client/agency relationships on all levels continue to be nurtured and strengthened.

Qualifications

Experience Desire
Our ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing projects with the internal agency team as well as the client brand team. They will be able to run day to day projects and participate in strategic planning and will bring ideas for new ways of working and new processes. 

Hard skills

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry, management consulting discipline or a similar industry preferred.
  • Experience in brand building with innovative and tech brands a plus.
