Job Description

The Programmatic Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and owning all aspects of programmatic campaigns for H&M Global across 12 markets. Reporting into the Head of Programmatic and the H&M Account Lead, you will be managing a team of 1 Manager, 1 Senior Exec, and 2 Account Executives ensuring that we deliver an impeccable standard of work through driving both innovation across programmatic but working to core best practices.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing and owning H&M Global programmatic campaigns across 12 markets
  • Be the go-to person for clients and internal teams and lead senior level meetings on campaign activity
  • Full understanding of programmatic capabilities, and an ability to talk independently about opportunities in client meetings and with team.
  • Establishing programmatic strategies for all your clients to ensure delivery of core business goals
  • Lead strategic test and learn agenda and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the Paid Social Director
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day and senior clients
  • Deliver and set example to your team of immaculate client service

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to engage with global and local clients
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of managing and developing a team.
  • Prior hands-on experience with the major demand side platforms, such as Google DV360
