THE DURATION OF THIS GIG IS: 40 hours per week, ongoing

WHAT MAKES THIS GIG DOPE: This role will help the Resource Management team continue to build this new capability at PHM. This growing team is looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking & problem solving skills, and someone who likes to find solutions to talent needs.

• Has had a background in Resource Management or HR.

• Excel 
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Strong business partnership and influencing skills; able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization
