Job Description

Technical consultants are in charge of the design and configuration of the Adobe Campaign platform. Leveraging SQL, JavaScript, XML, and Web Services to build sophisticated ETL processes, extend product functionality, and set up the large-scale delivery of communications with dynamic content in real time.  More senior profiles are very aware of X-channels marketing practices enabling them to lead business discussion and engaged directly with stakeholders on functional topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Adobe Campaign software solutions including Campaigns, ETL processes, and Web Applications and communication with end client
  • Configuration and design to meet business needs
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Facilitation of requirements gathering
  • Ability to innovate and create solutions customized to the requirements

Qualifications

  • Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies
  • Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus
  • Experience in technology integrations with Adobe campaign is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs
  • 1+ years of experience in cross channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries
  • 5+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations
  • 5+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
  • 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
  • At least 1-year experience working with XML is desirable
  • 2 years minimum of experience with Adobe Campaign platform and + 1 more year in working on Campaign management technology implementations
  • 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent
