Job Description

Overview:

Key contributor on the Zenith Global Strategy team, working across the Coty Consumer Beauty division, with a specific focus on driving global and local market connectivity.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Supports all aspects of global strategy development for Coty Consumer Beauty.

·       Builds excellent working relationships with the local markets to drive global/local collaboration and fuel superior strategies and highly effective media plans.

-   Ensures efficient and effective communication from global team to 25+ local markets

-   Evaluates local market media plans against the Global Media Principles 

-   Contributes to global assessment of post campaign analysis

·       Sources/analyzes data to support strategic recommendations and optimizations.

·       Evaluates local, industry, and category initiatives, to fuel best practices and competitive advantage.

·       Sensitive to the needs of a global business; completes work in a timely and accurate manner.

·       May perform other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary.

 

Communicates with:

Internal:  Global Consumer Beauty team members as well as Zenith teams across the network.

External:  Responsible for fostering positive client relationships as well as inter-agency partnerships.

·       Demonstrated experience in media planning, with a passion for media strategy.

·       Strong working knowledge of media tools.

·       Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment.

·       Strong organizational, interpersonal and quantitative/analytical skills.

·       Ability to solve challenges with a can-do attitude; resourceful and accountable.

·       Strong leadership, communication and business writing skills.

 

Education/Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       1 year of media planning experience

 

Business Competencies:

·       Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Nielsen, Kantar Software, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, Comscore, Consumer Syndicated Tools

 

·       Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation

·       Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently

·       Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each media type

·       Able to make independent decisions and identify priorities

·       Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations

·       Be able to identify and promote solutions
