What you will be doing?
As an Associate Account Director at Starcom,  you be working on one of the leading consumer auto brands, FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles).
You will be a part of leading innovation and data led thinking in order to grow their brands in an exciting category. 
FCA are an ambitious company, who are growing their digital capabilities substantially. You will be owning the client relationship, getting to know about their business and making sure your team are delivering.
Your new team are close-knit and supportive, where they foster an atmosphere of collaboration as well as ensuring the team grows and learns. 

What you will need: 
You will have experience operating at a Senior Manager or are an existing Associate Director within a similar media agency environment. You will have managed a team and be comfortable working with a large client with big budgets. You will also be knowledgeable in all media channels, especially digital.
