Job Description

The Opportunity:

This role is part of the Cloud Managed Services team supporting Data Sciences, Publicis Media. The Cloud Managed Services Team provides centralized and critical infrastructure and operational support to projects to the organization and the agencies of Publicis Media.

As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will be the key technical stakeholder providing infrastructure suggestions, operational support and project management in onboarding projects, coordinating with the management and development teams.

The day to day:

· Provide day-to-day operational support in onboarding new projects

· Provide monthly AWS cost reporting and detailed usage report

· Ensure data delivered meets service level agreement

· Ensure applications are up running and the system is performing without issues

· Analyze AWS usage and provide budget/savings suggestions

Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience with OS (Linux or Windows) operation and configuration

· Experience with management of relational databases

· Experience developing SQL queries and reports

· Experience with PowerShell or other scripting technologies (Python, etc.)

· Experience working with AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.
