Job Description
- You analyze HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle and develop target operating models, process designs and architectural concepts that align business, organization and technology
- You translate functional HR requirements into solution-oriented architecture and process models while ensuring feasibility within the SuccessFactors logic
- You plan and facilitate workshops, guide decision-making processes and support clients in designing meaningful HR solutions
- You collaborate closely with our technical SuccessFactors consultants, but you are not responsible for configuration or system implementation
- You take on project or sub-project management tasks, particularly in process design, test management, stakeholder management or change/training
- You develop best practices, templates and methodological standards for HR transformation projects
- You act as a bridge between HR, IT and our technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment across all levels
Qualifications
- You have a deep understanding of HR processes, organizational structures and end-to-end HR workflows
- You bring experience with SAP SuccessFactors — not in configuration, but in understanding module logic, processes and system capabilities
- You have experience in HR (IT) projects, ideally within a consulting environment
- You are skilled in requirements gathering and can translate complex needs into well-structured conceptual models
- You moderate workshops confidently and support clients in making clear, informed decisions
- You work in a methodical and structured way — e.g. in process modelling, analysis, documentation and test design
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both with HR and IT stakeholders
- You speak fluent German and have very good English skills
