As a key member of our SAP Human Capital Management division, you'll play a crucial role in driving our organization's HR technology initiatives forward.

• Lead and execute exciting projects with technical depth in the SAP HCM environment, ranging from classic ABAP development to cutting-edge cloud developments and integrations
• Spearhead the technical implementation of customer-specific requirements in SAP HCM on-premise and in hybrid landscapes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions using the latest technologies, including SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and SAP SuccessFactors
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions
• Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to optimize SAP HCM processes and systems
• Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP HCM and related technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in SAP HCM, with a proven track record of successful project implementations
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO, particularly in the HCM environment
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud integration is highly desirable
• SAP HCM certification is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, such as cloud integration with SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, or modern interface solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote or on-site customer locations
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required for client engagements
