Job Description

Levelset a Procore Company is looking for an inspiring and accomplished Sales Development Representative (SDR), Enterprise, to join one of the highest-performing sales teams at Procore and in the software industry. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and will help fuel our incredible growth for the coming years. As a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise, you’ll develop an understanding of the construction industry and Levelset’s product to help improve one of the world’s largest industries.

This position will report to the Manager, Sales Development and will be based in our Austin, TX, office. We are preparing for future hiring needs within our Sales organization, and are looking for folks who are interested in learning more about a career at Levelset.

What you’ll do:

Create new business opportunities to fuel Levelset’s growth

Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month

Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them

Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business

Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business

Conduct daily activities, including:

Pre-call research and planning

Make a high volume of calls per day

Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)

Maintain Salesforce records

Shadows sales teams across Levelset

Prepare to enter an assigned territory and make an immediate impact

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $26 - $36 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $78,000 - $107,250. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
