Job Description
We’re looking for a Director, NAMER Revenue Operations Business Partners for Commercial and SMB,to serve as a strategic business leader to our North America Revenue organization for our Commercial and SMB customer segments.
As Director, NAMER Revenue Operations Business Partners for Commercial and SMB, you’ll improve our global revenue team's scalability, agility, and productivity, driving cadences and operations in alignment with our GTM Leadership teams. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, ability to partner and influence both sales leaders as well as leaders in the cross-functional roles that support sales such as Marketing, Finance, and HR. This position reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations Business Partners for NAMER and is based out of the US, and includes a team of three, including two business partners and a segment-dedicated analyst. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Lead an agile global Revenue Business Partner team to support and guide Sales and Success leaders in driving productivity and growth within the NAMER Commercial and SMB segments
Analyze performance gaps and develop action plans through operating cadences like forecasting, pipeline management, and QBRs to improve business performance
Design and implement improvements to business processes, including plays, SPIFFs, and growth programs to enhance performance and revenue
Drive a deep understanding of industry trends, revenue drivers, and target markets, aligning them with the company’s operating plan and customer motions
Identify and implement operational enhancements, system customizations, and proactive solutions to meet evolving business needs
Act as a trusted advisor to the Revenue Leadership team, partnering with Commercial and SMB leaders, and serving as the primary point of contact for the Revenue Operations organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Analytics, Enablement, Strategy, Marketing, Product) to solve complex business challenges and drive growth initiatives
Provide feedback on field trends, friction points, and key issues to improve productivity and align operations teams with priority initiatives
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
8+ years in Revenue Operations or CS/Sales Operations roles, with experience in Commercial and/or SMB segments
Proven experience leading large-scale Operations teams, ideally in a large technology company (enterprise software preferred)
Strong leadership with the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance, improve sales productivity, and introduce performance metrics
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and measuring operational processes through dashboards and business tools
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align business units
Experience in process improvement, organizational design, and reengineering; familiarity with lean startup or design thinking a plus
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $169,320 - $232,815. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
