We’re looking for Sr. IT Asset Analyst  to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.

In this role, you’ll support the IT Asset Management function with respect to cost, control, compliance, and business objectives. While doing so, you will partner with IT Asset Management & Talent Services team to service asset requests.

This position reports into Sr. Manager-IT Ops & Engineering, and will be based in our Pune office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for asset requests, customer service, ordering, receiving, stock maintenance, asset assignment, inventory control activities
• Also included are asset refurbishment, disposal as well as asset retirement, decommissioning, license management/reclamation
• Reconcile, audit, and verify software licenses against assets currently in use
• Help identify opportunities to optimize unused IT assets in the organization
• Work with Procurement to procure and track software throughout the enterprise
• Serve as key contact for producing software/hardware artifacts during internal/external audits
• Minimize organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
• Tracks quality throughout the product life cycle

What we’re looking for:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other related field and/or 2+ years experience in an IT Asset role, End user Support , or other directly related experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as in an interdependent environment.
• Experience with software licensing and compliance is highly desired.
• Must be able to analyze and interpret data, reaching conclusions to be effectively communicated in a written report.
• Knowledge of department specific system applications or products.
• Requires proficient analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to elicit and analyze user requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
