ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Communications and Engagements Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic communications plans and projects for the Military Health System J6 Directorate, more specifically the Infrastructure, Operations and Sustainment Division.  The successful candidate is a creative thinker, an excellent writer, researcher, digital-savvy and great at keeping projects and products moving forward within a fast-paced environment.  The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality within the required schedule. Travel is required to various locations throughout the United States, projected at 20-30%.

·         Create written documentation of lessons learned and assist in shaping strategic visions as it relates to the operational concepts of the Infrastructure, Operations and Sustainment teams

·         Work collaboratively with a dynamic Information Technology Infrastructure, Operations and Sustainment Division that consists of an IT workforce that is continuously working to remain agile while supporting the worldwide information technology healthcare mission of the Military Health System.

·         Develop talking points, weekly and monthly categories for the Division Chief

·         Attend executive level meetings with the Division Chief on a regular basis, as a member of the Division Chief’s key leader team

·         Capture the dozens of change management and organizational design business practices that are in the As-Is state and will bring the Division into a more agile and efficient team in the To-Be state

Required Skills

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a similar major

·         Experience with organizational change management processes

·         Experience with developing social media content and managing social media platforms

·         Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and on teams with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships

·         Ability to work with multiple partners at all levels

Preferred Skills

·         Previous experience supporting the Defense Health Agency or a federal client

·         Previous experience developing business processes

·         Experience with various project management stages

·         Experience supporting a health IT project
