Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator works collaboratively across internal teams to design, configure,
and deploy Salesforce-based solutions that streamline workflows and optimize business
operations.


As a key member of our agile Salesforce Administration team, you will manage a highly dynamic
queue of daily requests, meaning your tasks will vary and offer new challenges every day. In this
role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver high-quality, scalable
solutions. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional to gain hands-on

Primary Job Duties:

 

● Advocate for best practices, continuous learning, and adoption of AI.

● Dynamic Queue Management: Manage and execute day-to-day configuration tasks

following a Kanban style workflow, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and varying daily

requests.

● Modern Environment & DevOps Management: Complete configuration in sandbox

environments, test, and seamlessly deploy to pipeline environments and production using

Copado, GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.

● Platform Configuration: Build and maintain Salesforce declarative solutions, focused

heavily on Salesforce Flows, custom fields, objects, and lightning page layouts.

● Stakeholder & Documentation Management: Document business requirements, technical

solutions, and research in Jira, ensuring all documentation is polished, professional, and

stakeholder-ready.

● Security & Access Control: Manage Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), sharing settings,

restriction rules, permission sets, and permission set groups.

● Data Strategy & Protection: Perform standard data management tasks (imports, mass

updates) using modern ETL tools. Utilize Salesforce Backup and Archive to ensure data

integrity and retention compliance.

● System Optimization: Continuously improve the usability, scalability, performance, and

overall design of the Salesforce platform.

● Availability: Maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during core business hours

to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

●3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring a

complex Salesforce environment.

● Certifications: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential (formerly

Certified Administrator) is required

● DevOps & Tooling: Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (specifically Copado

or similar) and code repositories (GitLab).

● Modern Automation: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow

● Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)

● App Integrations: Experience implementing and managing third-party applications and

integrations such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, DocuSign, and various

AppExchange packages.

Desired Qualifications:

● Certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

● Experience with Account Engagement

● Experience with Apex and Lightning Components

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

The salary range for this role is $81,000.00 to $95,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% . The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
