We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Greenkeeper to join our busy Greenkeeping Team on a Fixed Term Contract through to 31st October 2026. In this role, you will support the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of our Championship Golf Course, helping to maintain it to the highest possible standard throughout the year.

You will need a positive, can-do attitude and be happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions. No two days are the same, and your work will play a vital part in ensuring an outstanding golfing experience.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Mowing greens, fairways and surrounding areas

• Irrigating and fertilising turf

• Strimming and general course maintenance

• Raking and maintaining bunkers

• Aerating turf and assisting with renovations of greens and tees

• Supporting course improvement projects such as new pathways and bunker renovations

Hours:

You will be available to work up to 45 hours per week (hours will fluctuate and will include weekends and bank holidays).

Pay:  £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.71 per hour in April 2026.

• Previous Greenkeeping experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided)

• Adaptable and willing to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks

• A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards

• Ability to use relevant machinery, including ride-on mowers

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
