Job Description

Are you passionate about wellness, great with people, and ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a commercially focused Spa Reception & Revenue Coordinator to help deliver outstanding guest experiences and support the smooth day-to-day running of our busy Spa reception, whilst supporting the Spa Manager with driving financial performance.  

Key Responsibilities: 

As the face of the Spa, you’ll: 

  • Welcome and support guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring the Spa Reception is organised and guest-ready at all times 

  • Take responsibility for the reception area, managing bookings, therapist schedules, and ensuring system accuracy to maximise appointment availability and therapist utilisation 

  • Lead and motivate the reception and spa team in collaboration with the Spa Manager 

  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products 

  • Support the Spa Manager with training the Spa team in upselling techniques for treatments and products to drive Spa revenue 

  • Support the implementation of loyalty schemes, referrals and targeted guest offers to increase treatment bookings and drive Spa revenue 

  • Proactively handle guest feedback with care and efficiency, resolving any issues promptly and professionally 

  • Manage stock levels, maintain accurate reports, and ensure compliance with data protection, health & safety and operational standards 

  • Occasionally deliver treatments 

Hours:  This is a full time position and will regularly involved working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis

Salary:  Circa £31,000 depending on experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in a guest-facing leadership role, ideally within a spa 
  • Level 3 beauty qualification 
  • Confident use of spa booking software and reporting tools 
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills 
  • A flair for sales, marketing ideas, and promotional creativity 
  • A positive, self-starting attitude with a passion for wellness
