About the Practice:

Maidenhead – Portman Dental & Implant Clinic is a modern, 14-surgery practice with a growing patient base, catering to children, adults, and elderly patients. Our team includes 15 dentists, including specialists in implants, periodontics, orthodontics and endodontics, as well as an oral surgeon, alongside five hygienists, eight dental nurses and a supportive management team.

We pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve—engaging patients through social media and TikTok, hosting two open days, and working closely with local care homes. Clinical freedom, professional growth, and patient-centred care are at the heart of our approach.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fully private, growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a general dentist with a minimum of three years’ UK experience in a private practice to develop their patient base in a supportive, modern environment.

The role offers a book-building opportunity, with new patients waiting to join the practice and a small established base.

Ideal Candidate:

• A general dentist with a minimum of three years’ UK experience in private practice

• Comfortable treating patients of all ages

• Comfortable with social media and talking in videos

• Keen to build and develop a patient base within a growing private practice
