About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive general dental care to a diverse patient base while working alongside a skilled and supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality general dentistry (restorative, preventive, and cosmetic)
  • Conducting detailed assessments and creating personalised treatment plans
  • Performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and scaling
  • Taking and interpreting radiographs for accurate diagnosis
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Collaborating with hygienists, nurses, and support staff
  • Ensuring full compliance with infection control and GDC standards
  • Building long-term patient relationships and ensuring continuity of care

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • BDS (or equivalent) qualification
  • Current GDC registration
  • Valid indemnity insurance
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in general dentistry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Confidence using electronic patient record systems

Desirable:

  • Experience with modern dental technologies
  • Interest in cosmetic dentistry
  • Commitment to CPD and continuous learning
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Interest in mentoring or contributing to practice growth
