An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Endodontist seeking to join a highly supportive and reputable team at the Harley Street Centre for Endodontics in the prestigious Harley Street area.

As a referral-only specialist practice, we provide an outstanding platform for an ambitious and business-minded clinician to build, develop and grow their own patient list within a modern, credible and highly respected environment.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and driven Specialist Endodontist who is not only committed to delivering exceptional patient care, but who is also motivated to help grow the practice’s referral base. This role would suit someone who is confident networking with local dentists and practices, keen to build strong professional relationships, and excited by the opportunity to expand their diary and create additional surgery days over time.

About the Role and Practice

• Surgery space available: Fridays – with strong confidence in filling sessions, primarily focused on endodontic emergencies and urgent referrals

• Future potential for additional days (Monday or Wednesday) as the clinician builds their referral base and books

• Referral-only specialist practice with an established reputation

• Excellent earning potential with scope to grow and shape your own service line

• State-of-the-art equipment and modern clinical environment

• Fully staffed, experienced and supportive team including receptionists, dental nurses and an engaged Practice Manager

• Highly skilled clinical team within a respected specialist setting

While Fridays are expected to be busy with emergency referrals, expansion to further days will be driven by the successful candidate’s ability to strengthen external relationships, enhance the practice’s local reputation, and generate consistent inbound referrals from surrounding practices.
