We're looking for a Global Learning & Development Specialist to join our global COE team and help us scale learning initiatives across Playtech. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you'll help shape the employee learning experience across multiple locations and business areas while supporting the growth of a global L&D function that is evolving fast. If you're organised, analytical, curious, proactive and passionate about learning, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You will…

  • Coordinate and deliver day-to-day learning and development activities, including workshops, webinars, onboarding and mandatory training programmes.
  • Manage learning operations and help ensure a smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders across the business.
  • Own and maintain L&D reporting, including participation rates, completion tracking, learning analytics and compliance reporting.
  • Analyse learning data, identify trends and provide insights that support better decision-making and help demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Monitor mandatory training completion across multiple jurisdictions and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Research, engage and coordinate with external learning providers and vendors, from initial assessment through to delivery support.
  • Support vendor negotiations, budgeting activities and learning programme administration.
  • Build, improve and maintain L&D playbooks, templates, processes and ways of working that help the function operate more efficiently.
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to drive engagement, knowledge sharing and participation in learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Components for Success: You…

  • Have at least 1 year of experience working within a Learning & Development team.
  • Bring previous L&D, training coordination or learning operations experience within a technology-driven organisation.
  • Have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with large data sets, reports, tracking files and learning metrics.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning raw information into meaningful insights.
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Communicate confidently in English and feel comfortable working with global stakeholders and external partners.
  • Are proactive, resourceful and naturally curious, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You'll Get Extra Points for…

  • Experience supporting learning programmes in large, international organisations.
  • Experience working within global or regional L&D functions.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms or content development tools such as Articulate Storyline.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards or tracking mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives or developing operational frameworks within L&D.
  • Confidence challenging existing ways of working and bringing new ideas, insights and best practices to the team.
