Job Description
Are you ready to lead the next generation of online entertainment? As an I-Gaming Pit Boss, you are the heartbeat of our live streaming studio. You will oversee live game operations, ensuring that our Live Dealers and Shufflers deliver a professional, engaging, and high-energy experience to players across the country. You’ll be the first line of defense for technical troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure total compliance with Multi-State Gaming Commission regulations (NJ, DE, PA, WV) and internal policies.
- Quality Control: Promptly correct dealer/shuffler errors and step in to assist with game presentation or shuffling when necessary.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve studio technical disruptions immediately to minimize downtime, adhering to strict gaming regulations.
- Performance Mastery: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company-offered games and collaborate with management to test new applications and studio features.
- Guest Relations: Act as the escalation point for player complaints via chat, resolving conflicts professionally while upholding Playtech’s high service standards.
- Reporting & Administration: Support the Site Manager with daily operational tasks and ensure all gaming reports are accurate and policy-compliant.
- Leadership: Foster a positive, orderly work environment and lead communication/conflict resolution between licensees and players.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age/Legal: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
- Experience: * Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Physical/Technical: * Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards (requires repetitive hand/arm movement).
- Professional demeanor regarding speech, appearance, and posture on camera.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $24.00 per hour
- Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $3.00 per hour monthly bonus.
- Shift Differential: Extra pay for night shifts.
