We’re looking for two creative and detail‑driven 2D Animators to help bring characters, symbols, and game worlds to life in our high‑energy slot games. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping visually engaging animations that elevate the player experience, working closely with designers, developers, and fellow artists in a fast‑paced game development environment.

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

• Create high‑quality 2D animations for slot games, bringing characters, symbols, and environments to life.
• Design engaging, dynamic, and visually appealing animations aligned with different game themes.
• Animate assets using Spine and Adobe After Effects, ensuring smooth integration into the game engine.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and artists to refine animations and meet project requirements.
• Apply a strong understanding of animation principles to deliver polished and impactful results.
• Manage multiple animation tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Continuously iterate on animations based on feedback and project needs.
• Stay up to date with animation styles, visual effects, and trends within the gaming industry.

Components for Success: You…

• Have 2+ years of experience as a 2D Spine Animator.
• Possess strong hands‑on expertise in Spine and Adobe After Effects, including relevant plugins.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of core animation principles.
• Are comfortable using AI‑powered graphic tools (e.g. MidJourney, Leonardo.ai, Stable Diffusion) to generate or enhance visual assets.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Are a collaborative team player who aligns well with shared goals and deadlines.
• Show strong problem‑solving skills and creativity when tackling animation challenges.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality work under pressure.

You’ll Get Extra Points for…

• Previous experience in the gaming industry.
• An art background with strong 2D drawing skills.
• Understanding of the game development process, including game design, UI integration, and engine workflows.
• Additional technical skills such as:
  • Scripting or automation.
  • Asset optimisation techniques to reduce file sizes and improve performance.
  • Experience with other animation tools beyond Spine and After Effects.
