Playtech‘s Content unit is looking for a proactive Math QA Specialist with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Take responsibility for validating and signing off mathematical models of games.
  • Review and test computational outputs against theoretical expectations and benchmarks.
  • Execute statistical analyses to evaluate game models, including t‑tests and z‑tests.
  • Troubleshoot with engineers on the technical implementation of mathematical models.
  • Validate and sign off mathematical models to ensure they function as intended.
  • Document test cases and validation results for compliance and reproducibility.
  • Provide answers and explanations to relevant mathematical questions for game designers, engineers, compliance teams, and other departments as necessary. 

Qualifications

  • Have a university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have at least 6 months of work experience as a mathematician or developer.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Probability & Statistics, with a strong focus on hypothesis testing.
  • Possess practical knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Have practical experience working with MS Excel.
  • Have an Intermediate level of English
