Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the sports trading platform
- Conduct industry gap analyses and product evaluations
- Create and review business cases; advise on commercial decisions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and prioritize development requests
- Generate specifications and define acceptance criteria
- Build and prioritize the trading platform development backlog
- Identify commonalities across customer requests and guide the product roadmap accordingly
- Manage product sign-off processes
- Support end users during feature rollouts
- Monitor and support the adoption of new features post-delivery
- Assist colleagues in preparing handover and training materials for both legacy and newly developed platform features
- Escalate business-critical bugs to internal support and development teams
- Foster team development and build organizational knowledge
- Set targets and personal development goals for direct reports; monitor performance against those goals
- Stay informed about industry best practices
- Manage client expectations effectively
Qualifications

- Have at least 5 years of professional experience.

- Have experience or knowledge in a sports-related environment.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
- Show proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical tools.
