We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Technical Support Team Leader to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Live Studio in Sao Paulo - SP. Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the IT team.
  • Create monthly work schedules and maintain daily attendance records.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve targets and improve service quality.
  • Organize monthly team meetings and individual performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and cohesive working environment.
  • Plan and participate in training for new and existing employees.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures.
  • Develop new procedures and manuals as needed.
  • Collaborate with other Playtech units on new products, bug fixes, and customer connections.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with production-related services and hardware.
  • Oversee the launch of new live products.
  • Manage and configure production-related services and hardware.
  • Stay updated on IT trends and integrate new solutions to enhance service availability.
  • Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Report significant issues to management promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Travel will be required specially at the beginning for training purposes and when and as required.
  • Have great hands-on experience in all areas to be able to cover and support any team member.
  • Exhibit great time management and flexibility as it is a must for the role.

Qualifications

Components for Success: You…

  • Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the IT field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience and practical knowledge of management and mentoring principles.
  • Have strong English language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Demonstrate excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Can coordinate and manage a team effectively.
  • React quickly to different situations and solve problems efficiently.
  • Exhibit high stress resistance and the ability to work independently.
  • Have strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Show great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Are diplomatic and discrete.
  • Understand and use IT technical terminology and industry standards.
